Karyn D. Feiner is the Chief Executive Officer of Chloé Productions, Inc. The company, which she founded in 1997, provides leadership to multi-billion dollar advertisers and major international advertising agencies in the talent business affairs arena. An innovative and visionary executive, Karyn established herself as a pioneer in the industry by centralizing the management of talent business affairs during the emergence of multiplatform and multi-agency trends. She built a team of industry experts who provide solutions to the challenges facing advertisers and agencies in this new environment.


At the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving media landscape, Chloé continues to lead the industry with an array of talent business management services and solutions. Karyn and her team have successfully executed countless global corporate talent deals, including some of the most influential television and digital advertising of the past two decades.

Celebrity negotiation is one of the most complex and financially risky areas of the talent affairs business. As a globally renowned celebrity negotiator, Karyn has an unsurpassed record of success within the entertainment industry earning the highest respect from agents, managers, publicists, and attorneys. Karyn has a reputation as a tough but fair negotiator. She employs her expertise and significant influence with care and great patience, always keenly aware of her clients’ best interests.

Karyn’s career began in New York City’s film production community, which led her to Paris, taking on roles with NBC News and Foote, Cone and Belding. Upon returning to the United States, Karyn joined
Broadcast Traffic & Residuals (BT&R) as Director of Business Development where she quickly rose to the role of Executive Vice President. Under her leadership, Karyn grew the company into the second largest commercial talent payment company in the United States.

Karyn is widely recognized by top officials at SAG-AFTRA and AFM for her success in forging effective and respectful relationships with their professionals. She has presented cases at Industry Guild meetings on behalf of her clients and succeeded in intervening with the union to stop arbitrations and to settle the most serious of claims. She possesses a rare combination of expertise and knowledge of the advertising industry that she has acquired through years of experience and earned trust.

Karyn is an active member of New York Women in Film & Television, is certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) of the United States Small Business Administration. She considers philanthropy to be an integral part of her mission and actively supports Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Doctors Without Borders, Project ALS, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital among other charities. She graduated with honors from Brandeis University and resides with her
family in Connecticut.

Jeanine M. DeLuca
President

Jeanine M. DeLuca is President of Chloé Productions, Inc. She joined Chloé as its third employee in September 2000. Known as a skillful and diplomatic leader, Jeanine is responsible for growing Chloé’s client partnerships with agencies and major brands, and for managing all aspects of the talent business affairs process.

Jeanine is a seasoned pro who has acquired hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. Clients have come to depend upon Jeanine’s wealth of knowledge and her ability to provide cost-effective alternatives that preserve the creative vision of many campaigns. Under Jeanine’s oversight of the company’s operations, she has grown Chloé’s in-house team into some of the best creative thinkers in the business – while providing a level of personal service to clients that is unparalleled in the industry.

Jeanine began her career at Broadcast, Traffic & Residuals (BT&R) as a Talent Assistant. She quickly excelled to Senior Account Executive, smoothing out clients’ daily crises, providing on-the-spot estimates and simply reassuring them about decisions they already made. Jeanine’s dedication to fostering long-standing, loyal relationships with Chloé Productions’ client base has become a hallmark of the company. Jeanine resides with her family in New Jersey.
